Please read the following Terms and conditions of use carefully. The Terms and Conditions Use Agreement is applicable when purchasing from us. You, the Customer, agree to have read and abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Mal’s Real hair has the right to revise the following Terms and Conditions without prior notice. We do not give product on loan or give credit on any of our real hair or lace wigs products. All orders will only be processed when full payment has been received by us. Due to health and safety reasons, sales of lace wigs, bulk hair or tracks of real hair and accessories are final, and refunds will NOT be issued. We have carefully selected the best supplier for our product to help satisfy the need of our entire customer. PLEASE NOTE all items are thoroughly checked by us before they are dispatched. All postage and handling charges are non-refundable. Please ensure you check your order carefully prior to payment, as changes cannot be made once submitted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Mal’s Real Hair specialise in satisfying of customer all over the world.

Shipping within the UK is £7 by royal mail next delivery, tracking number will be provided for all packages.

Shipping within Europe/outside Europe will be done via TNT or DHL, tracking number will also be provided. Price ranges from £25 upward depending on the quantity and grams of the product. Express delivery is also available on request, it a secure and fast shipment
